Send messages, news and reminders to families, easily tracking who has/hasn’t viewed messages, and receive family replies all in one system.
- Messages/ Newsletters: Staff can send and track messages, newsletters, medical alerts or reminders.
- Conversations: Activated once your Parent App has launched, conversations is a communication thread between a child’s family and the educators, generated from the Parent App.
Any communication sent by your families can be directed to the appropriate channel within your service. Select from service’s email, internal to software or any approved staff member who has the privilege.
